Development blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this recent document release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling distinct parts of the land.
Alongside this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring designs for marina coverings.
More documentation made public as part of the continuing investigative process.
